| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept card payments via Paypal. All prices are marked in UK pounds, US Dollar prices are an aproximation of the current exchange rate and are for guidance only. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction from UK pounds. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason(eg the artist failed to tell us they no longer have the item) . In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. In the case of an item being out of stock you will be refunded.(if payment was made) If you are having any problems with the payment system please contact us about it. It may be something simple like your brower is not accepting cookies or a cookie has become corrupt and needs deleting. |
| Shipping And Handling Paintings are bubble wrapped and covered with a shell of cardboard. Paintings will be sent by courier and will need to be signed for. Unframed Prints are sent in a flat hardback envelope, Framed prints are sent like paintings. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received in a satifactory condition. Courier companies will not insure works of art, therefore all works of Art are sent at artists own risk. Arts-fine cannot be held responsible for damage to items while in transit. If packaging is on damaged do not sign for it. |
| Delivery Schedule Orders of Samuel Durkins Art are sent right away. You will normally get your order in 2-3 business days. International orders are generally received in 5 days, but it can take up to a month. Order from other artist on the site may take up to 3 weeks, but are usually sent within a week. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |
